1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Boostify Corp website (boostifycorp.in) or our intelligent automation and software solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Boostify Corp provides professional automation consulting and software implementation services, including but not limited to:

• Custom **n8n** workflow orchestration and automation systems.
• Development of intelligent agents and software architectures.
• Third-party tool integrations (Shopify, WhatsApp, CRM, ERP).
• Business intelligence dashboards and data architecture.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful implementation, clients agree to:

• Access: Provide necessary API keys, account access, and documentation for integrated tools.
• Accuracy: Provide accurate and complete information regarding business processes.
• Testing: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify automation logic before final deployment.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all invoices, the specific custom automation workflows and configurations created for the client become the client's property. However, Boostify Corp retains ownership of any pre-existing proprietary code, generic methods, and internal toolsets developed by us.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy and reliable execution, Boostify Corp is not liable for:

• Output Variations: Unexpected variations in AI-assisted processing or software behavior due to third-party updates.
• Third-Party Outages: Service interruptions from providers like n8n, OpenAI, or your hosting platform.
• Automation Logic: Consequential damages resulting from automation errors if the workflow was tested and signed off by the client.

6. Payment & Termination

Service fees and payment schedules are outlined in individual project proposals. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment or breach of these terms.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our **Privacy Policy**, which explains how we handle your data and processing.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
